Dr. Chi has operated on me twice. Both times, Dr. Chi explained my condition and his recommended course of action. As well, complete details about the surgery, including expectations, recovery and follow-up. Dr. Chi does not rush you and answers all questions. As a result, waiting room times are a bit high, but Dr. Chi is worth it! His office staff is wonderful and responsive. Dr. Chi has an amazing demeanor, too. Both of my surgeries were successful with minimal pain.

I had part of my colon removed (cancer). Consulted several surgeons w little consistency on my best surgical option. I was told to have the operation "robotically" by a few Drs. Dr Chi did my surgery laparoscopically. I have 1 tiny scar - that's it!! I've seen pictures of people who went different routes and I'm SO thankful I went to Dr Chi. I had very little pain. Most ppl cant tell I've even had surgery! Takes time to explain the pros/cons of options, trustworthy, knowledgeable, respected

Excellent bedside manner. Teaches on patient level pre and post procedures. Cares and concerns for patient and family above average. Was independently recommended by 3 different physicians. Calls on other specialities when needed. Makes rounds but also checks on patients by computer and adjust orders accordingly. Very professional. Loved by hospital nursing and auxiliary staff.
