      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

      Dr. Cautilli's Care Philosophy

As a Hand Surgeon I know just how important hand function is to a persons work, recreation, and connecting with loved ones. I treat each patient as an individual, listen to their specific concerns and desires, then formulate a treatment plan unique to their particular problem. I specialize in treating carpal tunnel syndrome and perform minimally invasive endoscopic carpal tunnel release. This gives patients a smaller scar, less pain, and a faster return to activities.
