This is not someone who is in the business of helping people. It took THREE months for me to get an appointment even though I was willing to take any day or time and had a referral from my doctor. I arrived four minutes late for my appointment and he refused to see me! He said that since I was late I would have to reschedule the appointment it took me three months to get!! Stop punishing your patients for perceived slights and help people! Narcissism is strong with this one.

Dr. Brown is a very nice and compassionate man. One of the problems I have had is trying to get an appointment! Good luck. The final straw is after seeing Dr. Brown for 4-5 years they continue to require a referral to get an appointment as soon as 1 year has passed since last appointment. I don't need an extra "hoop" to jump through to get my medical care needs met. My insurance doesn't even require a referral but they don't care. Too bad common sense and customer service is a thing of the past!

He is a very nice man (approachable and compassionate) and has been helpful in treating my sleep apnea, however, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment, sometimes months, and that sucks. Also, he spends a good deal of the appointment typing notes into the computer and I'd prefer he just speak with me and do that at the end of the appointment. Overall, he's very helpful and the four star rating is not a reflection of him or his character, just the other things mentioned.
