Awful - absolutely Awful Client Service
If I could give a negative score I would. Horrible customer service - if you have seasonal allergies, this office treats you like trash. Maybe because seasonal allergies are ‘not exciting’ but each year it is a total drama to get an appointment. The scheduling staff is rude, and they tell you suck it up and suffer while you wait long periods to get an appt. They refuse to help with short term renewal of a prescription. Awful client service.

Bad Service
I was a patient at Allergy Diagnostic & Treatment Center for many years. I was quite happy for most of that time. However, recently I had several very bad experiences. The most troubling, was bad medical treatment (in my opinion). I went there to receive allergy shots, and for years I had no issues. Then, recently I went for my shots and a new employee (I think) administered the shots. They felt MUCH more painful than usual. Leading me to believe she just “did them wrong”. Then, I had an extremely bad allergic reaction within moments of receiving those shots. Leading me to believe that they must have injected either the wrong thing into me or the wrong dose. Again, I have had these shots for years…with no issues, up until this instance. I understand mistakes happen, but they not only wouldn’t take ownership of the problem, they wouldn’t entertain the idea that it could have been them. They blamed me. To make things worse, the employee behind the counter became very rude.

Love Dr Brown. It took 15 years, but I finally found Dr Brown who effectively treats my eczema. Only doctor (across all disciplines), where I don't feel rushed when I'm in the exam room - he listens to my concerns and we have a conversation about the best course of action. On some days, the wait it longer than normal, but I assume that he's providing a thorough consult to others - as he's done with me on many occasions.

Honestly, I simply can’t understand the negative reviews on this site regarding Dr. Brown and his practice. I have been a patient for close to half my life (~16 yrs.) and, in that time, I can’t think of one negative thing to say about Dr. Brown or his staff. His staff are all phenomenal and there is very little to no turnover among the staff; I have always seen Dr. Brown treat his staff with the utmost respect, regardless of the situation. This approach extends to his patients, as I have ALWAYS felt respected, acknowledged, and treated with dignity by Dr. Brown. Unfortunately, these qualities have become far too rare in medicine these days. Dr. Brown is one of only a few doctors that I trust unconditionally and that is because he, or one of his excellent PAs, have caught something that several other doctors overlooked. If you have any issues with allergies, migraines/headaches, or respiratory problems, I recommend Dr. Brown unconditionally!

Had to reschedule appointments that were made for my son due to an emergency and when I spoke to the office manager at first she said no problem, a few minutes later when I called to cancel other appointments because we weren't sure we could make them at that time, she got upset and then charged me for an appointment we had already canceled and she said that there was no problem. At the end she sent me to collections for something I didn't owe
