My husband was treated for a broken wrist by Dr Braun’s office. I must say I was very unhappy with the service and results. In fact, the wrist appears worse than when we initially went to see him after the injury. I felt as though the only solution was surgery from the viewpoint of the Dr. when at the first visit the X-rays looked like the bone was realigned. The medical assistant was rude and uncaring. It is a real disappointment.

Dr. Braun is probably one of the best surgeons I have ever met. I came in with a shattered heal, and a dislocated ankle. There was no other doctor that would work on my foot, everybody thought that I was going to lose it, all the Dr. Braun. He took it on and even though I have Due to the damage that I did, I may have a long road to recovery, But at least I still have my foot. Thank you Dr. Braun, you are the best.

I had right TKR with this surgeon 13 months ago. He doesn't honor his code of treating people the same way he would want to be treated. I had pain and instability issues post-op, still using a cane today. I went back for help but Braun blamed me, stating it was in my head. His assistant then stated he did not want to see me. I will now have revision surgery with a competent surgeon, who said more than Braun's line of "the X-rays are fine". Run away from Dr. Braun or you'll never run again!

I recently (5/19/2017) called doctor Brauns office for an appointment and information. The appointment person was very rude and inconsiderate. she knew nothing about insurance or the types of BC/BS insurance plans. Had no interest in my concerns or opinions. I think people like her should not be put in positions that deal with the public. I gave her no reason for her offensive behavior.

My husband had reverse shoulder replacement 12/9/2016. 1 day after surgery the pain he experienced prior to surgery was gone. It has been 3 weeks and he is showering and dressing himself without help. Awesome! There is some discomfort but that is to be expected. Dr. Braun is not only easy to talk to but is an excellent physician. Thank you. Iris Davis
