I have had the good fortune of being a patient of Dr. Borenstein for over 15 years now and I can honestly say that you will not find an integrative doctor with more knowledge, skill or dedication in all of NYC. Not just that but in addition he really takes his time with each of his patients not just to listen but to understand their needs. He is by far the kindest most compassionate doctor I have worked with and consistently provides me with the most advances cutting edge research and updates in medicine today. A good doctor is one that is always reading and growing to keep up with the current medical data...which helps all of his patients to get the best care available. Thank you Dr. Borenstein...for keeping me healthy and pain free for many years now! And for always answering all of my questions and not rushing me out of your office.

I’ve had pain on my neck and shoulders for twenty years and i was suffering from limited mobility of my arms. This was causing me a terrible problem in my job. Dr Borenstein did a thorough examination, asked a lot of question, and treated my neck and shoulder region with Prolotheraphy, precisely placed injections. I started receiving relief from pain almost immediately. Over the next three days more improvement occured. i would highly recommend Dr Borenstein.

I have been seeing Doctor Borenstein for six years and he has helped me tremendously. I had severe, debilitating adrenal fatigue. Doctor Borenstein was the first to identify the adrenal and thyroid issues and to treat them effectively. I appreciate his approach, it feels very balanced; he understands how the meds, vitamins, and supplements all work together, he pays careful attention to both the lab results and your symptoms to see how your body is reacting to each adjustment in medication.

Terrible bedside manner. Answered cell phone and texts multiple times throughout our appointment which lasted about 20 min. Very degrading attitude regarding symptoms... he's in this field for the money and not to help people. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time and money.

I am very pleased with the quality of care and professionalism demonstrated by everyone in the office. At all appointments Dr Borenstein spends a lot of time with me and explains lab results and discusses my treatment plan. He also listens to my complaints and takes them seriously. I feel confident in the treatment and I feel so much better as a result of the care and treatment I have received for my thyroid condition

I went to Dr. Borenstein for a stem cell transplant. I have Crohn's disease and have been struggling to find a treatment that wasn't filled with side effects. Within two weeks of the treatment, I had gained weight, was eating better and felt all around better. Dr. Borenstein was great, he called many times to follow up and see how I was doing. He seemed genuinely concerned about my health and well being and wanted to see good results. I am so happy that I found him online and would rec

I am a 49 year old male who was diagnosed two years ago with osteoarthritis in both hips. The recommendation was that I get a hip replacement on both hips, but was also cautioned that due to my age, I would likely have to repeat the process in 10 years' time. That was not an option for me so I opted to manage the situation as best I could. In December 2016 my hips started hurting me more and I knew that I had to address my situation. After extensive searching, I found Dr Borenstein and contacte

I went to Dr Borenstein for thyroid issues--I am one of those unfortunates who is symptomatic when in normal range. Dr Borenstein has a deep understanding and empathy for the experience of the patient, and treats his patients holistically. Before Dr Borenstein, I went to a series of endocrinology specialists, and they insisted on keeping me in the middle range of normal, where I experience exhaustion and lethargy, weight gain, and feel cold all the time. Finding Dr Borenstein was a godsend.
