I found that Dr. Boone and his staff were very thorough with there exams and questions that were asked. The questions and concerns that I had were all addressed and explained thoroughly . When it came time for surgery, he discussed certain items that I should use to help me at home. They called to check on me after the surgery. They are Professional, Compassionate and Caring. I had the best Doctor and Nurses and staff taking care of me.

I shattered my left heel from a ladder accident. Dr. Boone was recommended and I went to see him. He is very meticulous and detail oriented. This may come off as abrupt, but he will take the time to answer your questions. He performed an ORIF surgery and all went well. He did things like place a drain at the incision site for the first 24 hours, which I later found out most doctors don't. I believe this made a bid impact on my recovery. I'd recommend him!

Just visited Dr. Boone today.for an ankle fracture., Another Doctor told me I need surgery. He did more X-rays and said I did not. His concern and knowledge was excellent so glad I went. Second opinion cuts out the knife.

I cannot say enough about the excellent care and caring from Dr. Boone. I have been in trauma/emergency nursing for many years and have worked with amazing talented physicians. I picked Dr. Boone for a couple reasons. 1. Many nurses I spoke with said he is their physician of choice. 2. His training and experience is second to none. 3. He was one of two physicians that were recommended to me. 4. Most importantly, he impressed me with his caring personality. He is awesome!

The worst experience in my life with a doctor. His behavior was rude. He gave very little explanation or tried to answer our medical questions. The way he was talking was very rude to my wife, and I . When he first walked in the room he didn't even smile, or speak to us. He was talking very loudly. You can tell by his facial expressions that he had no interest whatsoever in helping my wife. We felt that he wasn't a real doctor. He was very impolite. His behabior and the way he talked was poor.

My experience with Dr. Boone was mostly positive, although he seemed rushed. He spent about 10 minutes with me in consultation. One of the receptionists there, although friendly, seemed frustrated that I was asking her questions about another Dr. in the same practice, and appointment with the other doctor. She didn't appear to be that busy, so I was taken aback by her attitude!

I'm sure he is knowledgeable. HOWEVER, his bedside manner with my child was awful. After 5 visits to their office (once with a wonderful PA who has left, once for an MRI, and 3 times with Dr Boone) I am disgusted with the way he kept telling my daughter "there is nothing wrong with your foot, just use it", "quit worrying your momma", "stop bothering your momma". I will update this post when we find a Dr who listwns to us and diagnoses the true problem.

From initial contact through three surgeries on two crushed heels Dr. Boone and his staff have been nothing more than professional and caring. Always listened to our questions, and asked if we had any. Called to check on me the day after surgeries. It is very comforting when you arrive at the hospital for surgery and EVERYONE says you have the best Dr. in town working on you.

Dr. Boone listened carefully to my complaint and after x-rays and a full examination, shared his findings in a very comprehensive manner. He offered immediate relief to my complaint and suggested short and long-term solutions. I found him to be a very kind and reassuring doctor. I opted first for injections to ease my foot issue and only later did I opt for surgery. I was delighted with the outcome, and the medications used to alleviate my post-surgical pain.
