My experience with Dr. Berke is so bad that his employees weren't very helpful and nice. Once I had a bad experience with them. They send me a letter telling me that Dr. Berke doesn't except my medical insurance. it's odd how that happened. At least next year I don't have that Health Network insurance because overall it has bad customer service.
