Every doctor/ patient interface is unique, and my experience was HORRIFIC. After waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time, Dr. Bell entered and offered no perfunctory apology for the wait. He was brusque, uncompassionate, and in my opinion a DO that I cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone. He was unnecessarily frightening, seemed to resent any questions, and I left the office in tears. I do not require any health professional to be my BFF, but I do expect respectful professionalism.
