I have been a patient of Dr. Bain's approximately 20 years, and have found him to be compassionate, thorough, and always knowing what needs to be done. I appreciate his expertise, evidenced by a Top Doc award he received. His staff is very friendly and well trained. I would recommend him unconditionally, also his associates, who have also received Top Doc awards.

Grandson had appointment this morning for blood tests. He fasted and was ready. Dr. Bane didn't even follow up with this. Office visit, prescribed meds and sent him on his way. Only reason for the appointment was for the blood tests. WHY?

Dr Bain Is a down to earth, just a normal guy kind of Dr. I like the honesty he brings and the straight forward approach that Is not all stuffy and looking down at patients you get with some Dr's. He makes me laugh and he I find him quite competent.

Sitting here waiting on hold I chose to express my opinion on the amount of time it takes to get through. It seems lately anytime I call for a refill I am on hold for 12-20 minutes before someone picks up. It has not always been this way. Having to come in to pick up a script each month during business hours is bad enough, especially since this is a per provider preference and not a law. Having to wait on hold this long only makes more aggravating when the question I have takes less than 2 min

averts answering and dealing with long term dysfunction and instead puts band aides on them like antidepressants and drugs with super side effects like the medical board wants him to. Staff is nice people and he's a good guy but lacks a bit
