Dr Bagnell was very professional and thorough?, took his time and answered all questions I had. I am on Comp and he was going to my comp carrier to get approval for a back injection, which I needed badly. He sent a letter to the carrier but the carrier denied it because it was missing information. I called the office and asked the girl in office if they would send information to the Comp carrier so we could get approval. She was very rude and said we did all we are going to do. My attorney tried contacting the doctor by calls and also faxed a letter to the doctors office They never got a reply. I am very unhappy the way his office treated me. If he is going to take Comp patient then they need to work with patient and attorney. He needs to get competent office help!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bagnall for several years now and have received nothing but the utmost care for a shoulder injury. Completely trusting of anything I'm told, great communication and Barb and the rest of the assistants are helpful and pleasant. Would recommend to my closest friends and family.

Dr. Bagnall is the best most understanding and thorough doctor i have seen in 20 years. He takes the time to educate his patients about all aspects of their care. For the first time I feel "safe" in his hands as my doctor. I highly recommend him. Its a bonus that he has great office staff too.

Bagnall insisted I had degenerative disk disease without doing any testing or x-rays. He preformed a RF (radio frequency) on my back vertebrae. This did not help at all. His only solution was to wait a year (as I suffered in pain) and repeat the same RF again. Happily my primary care setup an appointment with Dr. Suchy who found that my source of pain was in my hip joint (Si joint). Now I am pain free.

Very short and dismissive. Was asked not to speak until the end of the evaluation and then my questions would be answered at the end of the evaluation he walked out and told me to talk to his office staff. I was scheduled for a epidural steroid injection for my pain relief treatment. I has immediately gotten insurance authorization but waited 6 weeks to get the procedure done and that was the first"available" slot. His office staff isn't much better, I had received my phone call and letter from my insurance company for approval and when I called five days later to schedule my injection I was told not to call the office that someone would call me when the insurance had gone through and I had explained that I have the letter a in my hand I was told that I would be contacted they were rude and not interested and solving the problem. I am re-evaluating my plan of using ubmd is my doctor group

I have not met Dr. Bagnall yet, I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks. The staff told me today that I was a no-show and that Dr. Bagnall would never see me. I phone to cancel my appointment. Today the clerk said she had to investigate the issue and "run" down who took the call. I asked if I was in danger of Dr. Bagnall 'never' seeing me. She said yes. Is this crazy or what. The support staffs for this medical group are unbelievable. There is not enough space to write more.

Dr Bagnall is an excellent Dr. I would refer my friends and family to him. He listens and has you do movements so he can determine his treatment plan. I have gone to him off and on for several years due to back issues. One time during evaluation he told me to do this and that. I said I can do those this is where the problem is he then evaluated that. So he only can give you treatment that you properly convey to him. I wouldn't go to another Dr., He has compassion for his patients.

Horrible office staff. They will not write notes for employer and almost got me fired. They told me if I got fired I could “file for unemployment”. Dr doesn’t really know what he is doing and just wants to milk the insurance money. Avoid at all costs!!

The experience with doctor was good. Nice guy until it came to doing paperwork for my disability carrier so I could get paid while I was out of work. Then he would not give me a return to work. He works UB Orthopedics and my Neurosurgeon is in the UB practice too. He referred me to Dr. Bagnall. The receptionist is rude and they don't return phone calls.

I went in as a referral from my dr for lower back pain, possible epidurals for my spine. I found him very nice, informative , and realistic about my condition. He was kind and treated me with respect. He ended up saying I was not a good candidate for injections, and offered some other possible solutions to help manage my pain. I never felt like he rushed through my appointment, and was very happy with the service and treatment I received.

Does a great job listening and explaining medical procedures. He's very empathetic and seems to really understand pain from a patient's perspective. Patient and kind, he also wants to do the most minimally invasive interventions first, which is refreshing to see in a doctor. As far as I know he takes any insurance. He did ask me what kind I had during my 2nd visit, but only to make sure it covered a procedure that I needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Bagnall.

Basically the worst doctor I have ever met. Told me that he can't help me because I'm on Medicare therefore implying he won't get paid enough. He even asked me my insurance. Never before has a doctor asked that. That tells you that he's into helping you for the dollar he can get.

No one ever gets back to you when you call. Wanted my test results and have been waiting to hear from anyone in the office about my results. It's been 3 days in a row that I have called and I still haven't heard anything. I'm beyond mad at this point. Not to mention making the test appointments in the first place.

Dysfunctional office staff only eclipsed by terrible attitude of dr. Bagnall. My wife arrived at his office for a scheduled follow up only to find the door locked, lights out, and furniture gone. Her and another patient had to drive around finding the new location then the doctor and staff were rude and condescending to her about it. We couldn't even cancel future appointments because they would not answer the phone. We actually had to drive to the office to cancel. Scary that this guy is open.

Waiting for the second time for prior authorization for a procedure; been MONTHS (insurance says it only takes 30days)... not to mention can't get a refill for neuropathy medication for weeks... What's the point? Nurse/ office personal are all the same person; poor woman is doing everything; no ONE person can run an entire office... Horrible when you are REFERRED to someone to assist you with pain & lack of follow through causes you more
