I found the process of the appointment and meeting with with doctor and his staff to be professional, pleasant and I left with a sense of comfort and confidence. The examination by both his nurse, the physican's assistant and others involved was handled in a way that put me at ease in the manner in which I was treated and the explanation of the exams results and future treatment. I look forward to working with the doctor and his staff in the future.

Dr. Anderson gave me understandable review of what my surgery would include. Since it's more than just the hip I appreciated the confidence . All of the information and pretesting also showed that I would be in good hands.

I was having knee issues..a good friend referred Dr Anderson.. I explained my issues to him and after looking at the X-rays, and examining my knee, he suggested a cortisone shot. No pain at all with the shot, and after several days my knee does feel better. Dr. Anderson listened to me and examined my knee rather than just suggesting physical therapy. For the time being my knee feels so much better...thank you Dr. Anderson. I am back to walking 4 miles a day!!

I had an infection in my left hip replacement in 2012. I was being treated by another doctor and he could not get the replacement out because it was too large of a hip for my body. He sent me to KUMC in KC and I was ever so fortunate to have Dr David Anderson as my surgeon. He had just come from Mass General and I may have been one of his earliest patients. He not only removed this extra large prothèse, but put in the medicated spacers. I am forever grateful to Dr. Anderson’s skill, but also his care and concern for me as his patient. He then replaced the spacers later with my permanent hip prothèse which has never given me a problem. I had my first two hip protheses done by Mayo Clinic in 1995 and 1996. He just replaced my right hip replacement in 2016 because the old one was giving me problems after 20 years of a very active life. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Anderson for hip replacement. I also would highly recommend Menorah as a great Hospital.
