Dr. Adikson is a great listener and helpful. I would not recommend him though based on the discombobulated office staff. When you are hurting the last thing you want to deal with or will deal with is a unorganized rude office staff.

Dr. Adkison is a phenomneal Doctor with all the best qualities you could ask for in a Surgeon. Jennifer is a great part of the staff and has always been very responsive and helpful. I haven't seen Tammy in a couple of years, but she was also an instrumental part of his team.

Dr. Adkison is 5 stars. But dealing with office staff has been quite frustrating. Give you email, cell and office numbers and encourage to contact with any questions, but will not respond and do not get paperwork done when they say they will.

Dr. Adkison is a fine surgeon but staff problems are serious and affect patient care. Ihave been a pain care patient for several painful, disabling diseases for 8 years and Dr. Adkison agreed to provide pain meds for 3 months after my total shoulder replacement surgery. Tammy Hodges has control over mailing prescriptions to out of town patients and on 2 occasions she has withheld my Rx's and lied about mailing them. She has no medical training yet she is allowed to make care decisions.

He has treated our family for 16 years. He is the only doctor who I trust explicitly. Very thorough, but not quick to cut. Takes his time to talk t Fast recovery. He saved my leg in'09 from a fall in Florida (fl hosp gave us wrong info). Husband was back golfing within a couple months after rotator cuff. A Doctor with great bedside manners, no "attitude" and an expert in his field. One of a kind. Such a competent doctor....words cannot express. Will continue to refer.-haven't had a complaint yet

Wonderful surgeon. He takes time with each appointment to make sure you are fully aware of what is going on and are at ease with intervention needed. He performed knee and shoulder surgery and years later I am still doing great!
