Great doctor, explained my condition in detail and didn't rush me to schedule surgery. Everyone in the office was extremely nice.

    Horrible experience with this doctor.
    Liberty Hill, TX |
He requires new patients to take DNA/Drug testing and assures me that I would not be charged and that his office writes the cost off. I am now receiveing bills from Fortis Labs for $1400 and when I call All Star Orthopedics I am told by staff to disregard that bill even when i continued receiving delinquent billing notices fro Fortis. I brought this to Dr. Thomas' attention twice and he also told me to disregard that bill. His office refuses to correct this or give me in writing i don't owe.
