Dr. Miltenburg's Care Philosophy
The Breast Health Institute of Houston was founded by Dr. Miltenburg in June 2016. It is a private surgical practice dedicated exclusively to the care of patients with malignant and benign beast disorders. The Institute is based on Dr. Miltenburg's inherent characteristics and cannot be changed: The need to do the right thing is every situation, every time and an unbearable compassion for the suffering of mankind.
