SHORT WAITING TIME AND EXTEREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF. THOROUGH EXAMINATION LOWER BACK/HIP. DOCTOR QUICKLY SECURED COPIES OF ALL MY MRI's, X_RAYS ETC. AND WITHIN A SHORT TIME HAD FIGURED OUT POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND QUICKLY GAVE SOME INJECTIONS AFTER AN EXAMINATION AND I LEFT PAIN FREE. FOLLOW UP SCHEDULED AND MORE WORK TO BE DONE, BUT THIS DOCTOR KNOWS HIS BUSINESS.

I have been a patient of Dr Bush for going on 18 years. He has been a total life-saver to me from the moment I walked into his office. He goes above and beyond to make me feel "better" just by walking in the room, always with a smile, a compliment or some type of encouragement. Then the real treatment begins. He can find places on my body that hurt that I wasn't even completely aware of! His knowledge of one's body and the issues they are facing is amazing! He's professional, he's kind, he's caring, why go anywhere else!? His staff follow right along to the same beat. They're also right there for you.

My experience at Dr Darin Bush's office could not have been worst. I went there for a knee pain, to inject Hyaluronic Acid. In every single visit the office would messed up. They would forget to charge my copay, they would leave me for a while in the room waiting to be treated (they forgot me there), etc. One year later, I called as I needed the same treatment again. Before I drive several miles, i wanted to make sure they had Hyaluronic Acid so I wouldn't have to wait or lose a visit as it happened on the previous year. I also explain how much in pain I was and asked to expedite. A week later I called to follow up and they had no idea about my request. I had to repeat all over again. A few days later, same thing. I got fed up and said i was going to talk to the doctor directly. A day later she calls me saying I owned them X amount and i would have to talk to their finance office and settle that before being seen. They could not do it themselves. I asked what it was and she did not want to explain, just said that due to covid the charges were never sent to me for 1 year. I called and emailed the finance office multiple times, requested the invoice and gave them my credit card at least 3X. They said they did not understand why the office was not processing my credit card. The office manager start sending multiple invoices due to late payment. I recorded all my attempt to pay in my email exchanges with the finance office. My close friend, decided to help me and called the Dr. Office saying that her niece was going to get married and she was trying to help by paying her bill. The office manager promptly said that she could pay over the phone with her and stop by the office to get the receipt. Once my friend gave my name her reaction was... "Oh,,,," She process the payment and my friend got the receipt. This office is extremely bias, not client oriented, awful customer service and management. By the way, in the bill it was saying that all that I owned was the copays. I have proof in my bank account I paid all copays. I paid as it would be a hassle to go to court. My recommendation is to find a better place to be treated. Going to the doctor is an experience and the office is a big part of it.

Amazing doctor with zero attitude. Treats patients with respect and care. Top notch office staff totally connected with the doctor and working in sync. Excellent office setting too.

From calling to schedule an appointment to meeting Dr Bush, it was truly a pleasant experience. Mora (receptionist) was friendly & curious. Carol (office manager) was knowledgeable & pleasant. JT was unlike any other therapist I've ever met. He truly knows how to manipulate the muscles to give you relief. Dr. Bush's bedside manors, knowledge & his way of explaining things are amazing. I walked in to the office hunched over & in pain. When I walked out, i was standing upright & my pain was drastically improved & that was my first visit. Now that I've been to Dr Bush a couple of times, I know I'm in good hands & my migraines & back pain are finally being managed properly. I've never been anywhere else where the entire team is so cohesive & work well together. Most of all, everyone is so happy to help you & genuinely concerned for your well being. Thank you Dr. Bush & your team for raising the bar of excellence in pain management. What a pleasant experience!

My lower back was in trouble and I was leaving for a vacation in a couple days. I got an appointment and walked out of the office an hour later with virtually no pain after a having a procedure called: lumbar facet block. Both the doctor and the staff are amazing, efficient and knowledgeable. I usually am very apprehensive about medical procedures, but I was confident with Dr Bush and his staff.

Adam 19 reviews I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Bush today. I went in with an urgent problem requiring a procedure and he and his office accommodated me the same day. I was incredibly grateful. Dr Bush is extremely experienced, intelligent, thoughtful, courteous and considerate. He is the epitome of a true professional. I did not feel rushed and he was concerned that I could tolerate the discomfort as the procedure was performed. I am a physician myself and understand his nature.

Not your momma's doctor's office! Dr. and staff are caring, compassionate, and extremely competent. It's a treat being greeted by name every time. There's sometimes a bit of a wait but the doctor spends quality time with each person so I don't mind. Highly recommend

I have been seeing Dr. Bush since he came here, and if I ever moved away I would have to make a trip back here at least once a month. I have several injuries in my back that he treats me for regularly, Plus I have had a broken toe, a broken rib, torn rotator cuff that people have surgery for and then lots of painful therapy, He gave me a few shots in my shoulder while explaining the whole procedure and that was it I'm great. I send my loved ones to him and friends, anyone I meet that hurts.

Dr. Bush made it possible for me to continue working as long as possible.

Dr Bush is one of those doctors with a great bedside manner. He also actually listens to you when you speak. I find him very friendly and knowledgeable. I am pretty rough on doctor being I have been practically a professional patient. I say that because half my life has been filled with doctors appointments due to certain health problems. So I have seen many many doctors. He's right up there at the top. The only issue I have with him is that sometimes it can take forever in his office. Grade A.
