I believe in caring for the patient from start to finish. Seeing them through their condition. Always keeping an open dialogue making them feel comfortable questioning and understanding the decisions being made in guiding their care.
I grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, 1 of 4 boys and 1 sister. My father was an oral surgeon and my mother was in the scrap metal business. The majority of my training was in Detroit and I finished up my training in Indianapolis under the renowned surgeon, Dr. Ronald Hamaker. I met my wife in Indianapolis. She was a medical administrator within the fellowship program that I attended in head and neck surgery and microvascular reconstruction. We have two children, an older daughter and a son we adopted from Guatemala. I currently practice the greater St. Louis area employed with the BJC medical group.
