We had a two hour wait in the waiting room and then another 45 min once we were in an exam room. Dr. Sink my be very good, but this kind of wait no one is worth that.

I chose Dr. Sink a year ago because she was close to my home, didn't do ANY reviews on her. What a mistake. I thought it was just me, but NO, everyone on here and what they are saying is TRUE. Whenever I had to see her it was a 3 hr ordeal. No one in the waiting room and yet I waited almost 2 hours in the room for her. What does she do while I am waiting all this time? And it wasn't just once, it's ALL the time. Cold unfeeling person. So happy I have just changed to an awesome Doctor!!

Their scheduling staff is a joke, the facility is unclean, you will NOT be listened to by this Doctor. Went in for heart palpations, requested a referral to a Cardiologist - she tries to refer me to behavioral medicine instead. Why would you not refer a patient that fears heart complications may be occurring to an actual specialist? I suspect she's getting kickbacks to keep people hooked on certain pharmaceutical brands. Look elsewhere for quality care

Waited forever to be seen. She was friendly and helpful, but I should have known when she said oh if you don't hear from us in a week just call for your results, sometimes things get lost that was the middle-end of May and its now the end of June and I'm STILL waiting for test results. I've called multiple times and my messages are returned days later... Not sure why when I still haven't gotten any answers. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I accompanied my wife to see Dr. Sink. Her appointment was set for 1:30. We waited until almost 3:00 before seeing the doctor. Dr. Sink talked to my wife for 10 minutes then dismissed her. To make matters worse the prescription she wrote for my wife was for ?ONE PILL?NOT FOR ONE MONTH!!!? Gees whiz. What?s up with that? When we called for the pick-up status of the medication our druggist said he?d have to send over a request for the ?correct? number of pills. The doctor never replied.

Never. Sorry I went. Wouldn't refill my meds. Waited over 1.5 hours to be seen. Doesn't have triage nurse. Instead it's a medical assistant. Lied about my pharmacy information.

I wish I had never gone there. The rooms are shabby, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. You wait about one hour before being taken through to see the doctor. Even if you have multiple medications you have to make an appointment to see the doctor to have them refilled. They will not renew them over the phone or have the pharmacy call them.It must be the worst practice in Arizona, if not the whole USA. Avoid this Practice.

My wife and I changed doctors to Dr Sink. What a BIG mistake. She has zero follow up even when she says she will call you. My wife sign release forms for her med files to be reviewed. It's been 4 monthanow, last visit she told my wife to go get them herself. She Didnot even care. The wait time is a mimimum 1.5 hrs. We are so disappointed in her professionalism. She is quick in discussion. We are now having to look for another doctor. She should be reported to the medical bar. Get another doctor
