I was thoroughly impressed by Dr Wittershein, very easy to discuss medical issues and take on the harder cases. He did an excellent job on my total knee replacement. Only wish I had had him years ago for my other knee. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing Orthopedic Care. Fantastic Dr!!!!

Dr. Wittersheim and his staff are excellent. I always leave an appointment feeling like I have had the best treatment available; the most information and options available; and that they care about their patients. I appreciate that if Dr. Wittersheim is at the hospital/going to be late I am notified and have the option of rescheduling ~ Respect for my time.

Dr. Wittersheim is great! I always feel he sees me as an actual person in pain. Not just the next chart he comes to. He is very compassionate. He makes me feel very comfortable. He knows the injections he gives me in my hands are painful. He always makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Wittersheim is an excellent, caring medical professional. Explains everything in detail, including options. He performed a Macro Hip Replacement on me, with outstanding results and super follow up by his staff. He is not one to push surgery, preferring to try all avenues of treatment before opting for the surgery route. The equipment at the East Lake office is modern and equal to anything you might find at larger facilities.

Very nice and personable. Explains technically what is happening to the problem area. Took xray explained results and told what he was going to do. The return visit was as informative as well. Visit did not make me nervous nor did his expertise in injection suggested. Very satisfied. Gloria

Dr. Wittersheim took the time to listen to all concerns and questions related to the surgery and recovery. He also wanted my opinion on how I felt about about how I was treated. I highly recommend him. Staff could have done better during this visit. The person asked to check my knee when my surgery was done on the hip. More attention to the patient’s chart.
