Dr. Weingold has been an excellent physician. I consulted with him about my trigger finger. I received two injections of cortisone which helped initially for several months. He gave me advice as to if I should ever need surgery in the future, and the outcome to expect and the recovery period. It has been a year but my condition has returned, and I have consulted for surgery. He is professional and prompt and very pleasant. I never felt rushed. I recommend him highly.

Dr Weingold was prompt to see me, but also prompt to dismiss me. He was inching towards the door while he spoke and left us to his assistants to slap a brace on without coming back to answer additional questions. Had to relay a question to the asst. who sent us to the reception desk to get the relayed answer back. So frustrating. Did not get clear diagnosis. A 2nd opinion from another doc in same practice was more fruitful, but conflicted w/ MRI findings. Getting 3rd opinion NOT from ortho va.

I had simple meniscectomy in Oct 2015 and I still can't walk correctly 7 months later. Called the office after 4 weeks to ask about excessive swelling and he said take drugs and then call a physiatrist because he fixed what was wrong so must be something else. I still have torn meniscus, torn MCL and torn retinacular ligament. I'm supposed to be training for triathlon season but can't even walk. Still trying to fix his mess. He's an awful excuse for a Doctor - condescending jerk.
