This is about Dr. Wayman's staff NOT the Doctor. The staff with the 1 exception of Amanda made this one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. Kayla & the office manager Cindi were rude and condescending and shared my private medical information violating my Hippa rights. They said because I was on Oregon Health Plan they were doing me a favor to even see me. They made a mistake about my medication and without even talking to me 1st lied to my primary doctor completely humiliating me.

This was one of the best experiences at a medical office I've ever had. The office staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. They all worked together as a team and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Dr. Wayman was very professional, as was his nurse. I would highly recommend this office.

I recently had nose surgery utilizing Dr. Wayman as my ENT surgeon. From the start he was friendly, kept me informed throughout, followed up with me in timely manners, and was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend him to anyone with ENT issues.
As a spouse of your patient I was extremely disappointed in your front office staff. I work in a medical office and we pride ourselves on how we try to make each person that enters our office feel welcome. Your front office staff failed miserably and I was there from 3-6:10pm Your office temp was also too cold for the waiting room. I know I sound petty but I finally sat outside your office on the bench and was warmer
