Dr. Troy is easy to talk to and I like the way he explains the various options available. I had several steroid injections in my hip but they were just temporary fix's. I am now scheduled to have Dr. Troy replace my hip and I am confident that he will take care of business for me!

Dr. Dan and his support staff are the best! I visited the facility in Tinley Park, IL and it was everything I expected and more. He addressed my concerns and explained his findings and the appropriate solution to remedy my health care issues! Thank you Dan!

For Years I have had surgeons refuse to even attempt to fix even 1 issue in my spine. Every disk in my spine is herniated. Some worse than others. Dr.Troy successfully did a very large spinal decompression and saved my legs. With help from a Second Surgeon. I have an easier time getting an appointment with Dr. Troys office than I do with my GP. Rarely do I have to wait long. Sometimes stuff happens and they have an emergency to tend to. Worth the wait. Bedside manor,my kind of humor. He cares.

Dr. Troy is, by far, THE WORST doctor I've ever seen. I went to this doctor years ago and loved him. My mom had a hip problem recently, so we went to him. I was so surprised at the complete 180 of this doctor. Years ago, he was nice, knowledgeable, and caring. This time (and we went for three visits before finding a new doctor) and he was tired for every visit. He blamed my mother's hip on her weight (she's 5'5" and 150 lbs). I felt so dismissed. I found a new doctor and she is doing much better

Dr. Troy is a very knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and has an AWESOME bedside manner. He diagnosed my problem the first time he saw me. He gave me all the options available to me with surgery being the last. I tried them all with no relief. Had the surgery and my problem is 100% gone. I have already recommended him to family and friends. I would not hesitate to go back to him for anything that comes up!

I was told to see Dr. Troy by my doctor. I had to wait almost 2 hours because he was running late from surgery. Then, his nurse saw me. He walked in for 2 minutes and talked down to me the entire time. I will not see him again, nor will I allow my family to see him.

Extremely inconsiderate and rude. He makes assumptions about patients based solely on appearances and uses preconceived bias in his exams rather than learning more. His bedside manner is cruel. No woman should see this man.

My whole family has seen him for 5 yers and the last few visits have gone downhill. I am 87 years old and I don’t have time to wait 2 hours too wait for him to see me. He rushes through his appointments and does not car about his care about his patients. I am very disappointed. He does not listen when me and my wife ask questions. He wants to make money.

My daughter fractured her wrist and I brought her in to see Dr. Troy. She had a displaced break that had to be reduced so he did it in the office which was great that I didn’t have to go to the ER. Dr. Troy and his nurse were so good with her, they explained everything in ways that I would understand and that my daughter would not be afraid. The care that he gave her was incredible! She is back playing basketball with no problems at all!

Dr. Troy is such a friendly, caring and warm doctor. He has seen 2 of my girls and has taken the time to evaluate them and discuss possible non surgical treatment. He has such a warm presence about him. The staff is very nice. I have never had to wait too long for an appt. I will have recommended him many of times.

I completely disagree with the last post. Every time I am there everyone is professional and the facility is clean. It looks like a car dealership because it used to be a car dealership!! Everyone is always helpful and courteous. I would 10/10 recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone.

An hour wait in a room that was obviously a used car dealership. Cold, and filthy floors. Met surgeon, who was nice enough. However staff difficult to deal with. Doc and staff say different things. Long waits on hold. No return phone calls. Went to another surgeon in town. Much better experience. Don't bother here

After hearing such praise about Dr Troy I was excited to meet him. The physicians assistant was very kind and informative unlike Dr Troy. Dr Troy came for the better part of 3 minutes and left my questions unanswered. His demeanor was nothing more than uninterested and uncaring. I left the place feeling that he had something better to do other than deal with me, his new patient. I will never go back. Worst Doctor experience I've ever had.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr Troy by my primery doctor years ago. Since then Dr Troy has performed at least 7 surgeries on me without complication. I have never seen a doctor work so hard and keep the hours he does. He always has a smile when he sees you. In 2009, while trying to break up a dogfight, the tip of my right thumb was broken. Other doctors wanted to amputate my whole thumb. Doctor Troy had other ideas. He told me don't worry, I'm going to try and save your thumb! and he

Dr. Troy patched up my open reduction of a trimalleolar fracture sustained during a kickboxing mishap at the gym. He performed the surgery on a late Friday afternoon, as it was an emergency situation. He made me feel at ease and confident in his care, since this was my first fracture in 58 years. I am 10 months out and because of Dr. Troy's skill and expertise, I expect to make a recovery worthy of his expert treatment!!!!
