Dr. Spomar is highly professional and patient. What I love about him the most is he prayed with me before my surgery.

I am currently seeing Dr Spomar. (Post opt) He did surgery on me for a pinched nerve. I was having so much pain in my arm and numbness in my arm and hand. After my surgery it is gone and was gone as soon as I woke from my surgery. My recovery has been great. Dr Spomar is a very caring doctor that explains everything to you. Everyone in his office is very nice. I had to give him a hug before leaving the hospital. It felt do good to be pain free. Thank you Dr Spomar for your excellent care.

Dr Spomar may be a competent physician but my experience with him and his staff has been very poor. From a lackluster effort at providing timely care to a serious situation to an arrogant smart-alec attitude. I honestly cannot recommend this Doctor to anybody looking for timely treatment or polite concerned explanation of diagnosis or treatment plan.
Thank you for your comments. I assure you that I did everything I could for you as quickly as I could as I do for all my patients. I ordered all appropriate testing for you. I do not believe that you required any urgent surgical intervention. I referred you to my partner when I was out of town. I apologize if you felt that my attitude was inappropriate but that certainly was not my intention. I wish you the best in obtaining the best care possible.

I have had two separate experiences with Dr. Spomar. The first experience was why I sought him out for the second experience. He was my sister's neurosurgeon - she had lung cancer, which then moved to her brain. He was caring, thoughtful, precise in his explanations and completely honest in his conversations with her and our family. That is why I chose him to do the surgery on my spine six years later. Again, I was thankful for his expertise, caring spirit, and God-given talent.

Dr. Spomar goes above and beyond to care for his patients. He treats you like a human, not like his job. To top it off he does a successful surgery with a small and clean scar.

When I first met doctor spomar he told me straight up what was wrong and what could happen if I didn't go through with surgery. I appreciate honest answers in serious situations. His approach and sincerity were truly genuine. I have recovered very well and am looking for a full recovery. I highly recommend him. Right before they took me to surgery doctor spomar saw my anxiety and fear of what was to come and asked me if he could say a prayer for me. God worked thru him and I was ready. The best
