He would ask me a question about pain, and as I'd begin to answer he'd rudely cut me off and ask a non-essential question ("Why do you like running?"). He threw out a lot of things it could be and said I'd be getting a cortisone shot....more

We came to see Dr Shaw after frustrated with the doctor who performed the initial surgery on my mom’s knee. It was the best move we could have made. Dr. Shaw treated my mom like she was family!
