Waited over an hour in the room, he advised he was going to schedule me for HA, briefly discussed procedure & sent me to the scheduler, made the appoint. & sent me home. Staff at that location couldn't find a 2x4 in a pile of twigs. Screwed up my work paperwork, said it was faxed & never did it had...Read More
