Outstanding care. First surgeon of many that carefully went over my present meds and stated when I could restart each one. Third surgery on my back over the past 16 years. This time, 2,3,4 right laminotomy. Mobile right after surgery. Able to walk normally the next day. Am 80 years old so some surgeons would not take on my case.

NO BED SIDE MANNER DID NOT LEASING TO WHAT I WAS SAYING TOLD ME I SHOULD LEASING TO HIS TOOK 4MIN. WITH ME IN ROOM AND LEFT.

He didn't take the time to listen to me but expected me to listen to him!!!!
in Summerfield, FL |
The surgery went well but DR Robertson did not talk to family left them stranded not knowing what was going on. He comes across arrogant with little bed side manner. I went back to see him for an other Problem and felt dismissed.

Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dotor to anyone for a loved one or even a pet for that matter. Absolutely the worst bed side manner and communication skills I've seen from a doctor and his P.A.and office staff. The lack of compassion and communication skills are beyond what words can describe. They act as if you are an inconvenience for them and will reply to your requests and questions whenever they seem fit, not in a professional or timely manner at all. My advise RUN and look elsewhere!
Summerfield, FL |
Dr.Robertson verbally gave me his very negative assessment of chiropractors. I was not there to get his opinion on chiropractors. The consult with him was "a small focal left paracentral disc protrusion L5,S1,impinging on the traversing left SI nerve root." He showed compassion by scheduling me for discectomy on an off sx.day. I chose not to have the sx. with him. He also "badmouthed" the radiologist who gave me the steroid injection.Very unprofessional comment.
in Hudson, fl |
Dr. Robertson did my brain surgery go my Parkinsons Disease. He implanted my neuro stimulators and my 2 batteries. He was ALWAYS smiling, his patients and their families. THANK YOU DR. RobertSON FOR GIVING ME MY lifE bACK.
Excellent operations (2) and results
in Ocala, FL |
Dr. Robertson has successfully performed both of my cervical fusions. I'm very pleased in the results of both surgeries and confident in his ability as a surgeon.
