I am a 57 year old man who is very active. I own a farm and operate a small business. When I injured myself I had deep concerns forthe long term outcome of recovery. I met with Dr. Redziniak and he assessed my injury, the severity of it and reasonable outcomes. During the consultation phase of my treatment both he and his staff were amazing in their responsiveness to my concerns. Post surgery he outlined my recovery plan and how to reach my goals to continue my active lifestyle.

Dr. Redziniak took the time to go over each of my injuries and explained the different procedures for addressing each problem. He was very thorough in his explanations and took the time to understand what I wanted. I never felt rushed or left with any questions unanswered. The results of my surgery are great!

I had 5 R knee surgeries prior to meeting with Dr. Redziniak. With my complicated medical history, he took the time to listen to my concerns and was very honest in explaining my options. He didn't rush me into surgery after our first appointment, and four years later when I was ready, he performed my 4th ACL Reconstruction and 5th meniscus repair. I am so grateful to have had a doctor that listened and explained the issues clearly.

Dr Redziniak was an amazing doctor and repaired my rotator cuff june 2016. He inspired my confidence with his approachable manner and made certain I understood all of my options. He and the PT group connected to the practice have restored my function completely. In fact, my surgical side is more flexible and has less pain than the other shoulder! A marvelous, organized and patient-centered practice.
