I had to get my knee checked out. After checking in, I got my x-ray and MRI done. After completing those, Dr. Prohaska talked to me about my options. Great service friendly people!

Dr. tries to play off your injury. Doesn't listen when you talk to him. Always has some smart comment and tries to belittle you. May be a good Dr but terrible with patients.

The staff was absolutely great. The only complaint. That I had is. It took about 2 hours. And we went to see Papademis today and it was worse.

The entire staff and team were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I was expecting to be told I would need an MRI beyond the X-rays that were taken, but my injury diagnosis was factual and forthright and recommended to give more time for healing to reduce minor swelling and pain. Surgery for torn rotator cuff is always and option, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the Dr. that I should wait to consider this option.

Once I actually got to see Dr. Prohaska and talk to him for the ten minutes he was in the examination room, he did an outstanding job explaining the M.R.I. and my injuries, and arranging for a physical therapist to provide information about stretching exercises. However, I did not actually get to see and talk for ten minutes to Dr. Prohaska until after 10 a.m., when my appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m., and I arrived earlier than 8 a.m. to fill out all the required paperwork. Apparently the paperwork mailed to me before the appointment was returned to the doctor's office without delivery, because my apartment number was omitted on the addressed envelope.
