I'm a new patient to Dr. Phillips. Seen him twice. He does talk to you and asks questions, and not just about your issue that brought you to him. My doctor recommended him to me, and I trust her guidance very much! Dr. Phillips is a keeper!

While he seems to always be in a hurry, he will answer your questions. If you don't ask, he will assume you understand and will move on. He reviewed my diagnosis and explained the recommended procedure. He was very focused on my recovery following my procedure.
