One cannot ask for a more thorough and caring orthopedic surgeon!
Woodworth |
Dr. Oas and his team are wonderful! Not only do they deliver quality patient care but the personal interaction from his team surpassed all my expectations. I will only use Dr. Oas in the future for all of my orthopedic needs!
in Alexandria, LA |
I highly recommend Dr. Oas. He explained everything that I could expect from the surgery and recovery process. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly with patients and their families.

Fantastic provider and office!
Alexandria, LA |
I've had several appt. with Dr. Oas over the last 2 years and have been extremely pleased. The visits are very timely - in & out in 1/2 hr., polite and courteous stalf, consice and understandable explanations and overall a great visit. The most efficient Dr.'s office I've ever encountered.
in Alexandria, LA |
Staff as well as Dr. Oas is very professional without sacrificing the personal, caring attitude. Dr. Oas answers all questions in a way to clarify and make it easy to understand. His skill in providing the necessary interventions (injections, surgery) is outstanding.
in Cottonport |
I thank God for a compassionate and caring doctor like Dr.Dan Oas. I had my first knee operation and I felt much better afterwards. His staff and operating team are very nice. Dr. Dan Oas is still helping me because of a resent accident. I'm at ease because I know I have a doctor that cares about my needs as a patient and friend.
in Alexandria, LA |
Had no knowledge of what was wrong with my knee and tried to treat it with physical therapy TWICE after it did not work the first time. He was rude and did not consider our wishes or suggestions for other treatments.
Alexandria, LA |
His beside manner is only slightly better than the fictional Dr. Gregory House. My daughter is still in pain, and I am much poorer from all the money shelled out to be told nothing is wrong with her knee. Reception staff is incompetent.
in Pitkin, LA |
I was treated for a broken leg/ankle in Rapides hospital by Dr. Oas. He performed my surgery which helped the pain tremendously. His bedside manner was outstanding. He explained everything in detail and put me at ease. I am not finished with my treatment with him yet, as I have many appointments to come, but wanted to write a review about my Emergency visit and surgery.
Alexandria, LA |
Poor medical knowledge; orthopedic surgery knowledge is outdated. After reading about my condition on trusted websites (webMD etc), I realize that he should be avoided by the patients.
