Dr. Murariu is a great physician who has seen me through many health issues already ... from a breast reconstruction consult as I consider a prophylactic mastectomy, to the excision of a concerning mole on my face for biopsy, down to cosmetic concerns of keeping my skin looking young! Dr. Murariu is a friendly and skilled doctor who offers his professional opinion while keeping your best interests and personal concerns in mind. His staff has also been terrific!

I saw Dr. Murariu for an open rhinoplasty. after having numerous other consultations suggesting I needed a more advanced surgeon due to a lack of nose cartilage, I was referred to A.P.S. group. He took time to explain the procedure and all risks involved in a clear manner. My procedure was extensive, My surgery was successful with no complications, Recovery time was only one week and the results are exceptional. I would strongly recommend Dr, Murariu!

He's fantastic. Good listener, asks the right questions, soft spoken, and jovial. Extremely attentive and his work was perfect - I mean -absolutely flawless. Offers the best follow-up care and ensures understanding. It's too bad he's not staying at UVA much longer...they will be losing a most valuable asset of their team.
