Did not even meet Dr Laroche. Other staff conducted my exam. The receptionists need more supervision. The whole attitude and the answering of clients calls are not with courtesy or professionalism The attitude conducted in the front desk is with anger and if asked a question they give a look of being bothered. I asked a question and was ignored. Everything is not coordinated. Need to streamline job for more efficiency. Also conduct training on customer service.

He is an excellent professional, he knows what he is doing, we are very very happy with his work, very careful and concern about his patience.
Uniondale, NY |
This is a very good doctor but his office is not operated efficiently. He seems to be too busy to properly oversee his workers. I went there in February for an eye exam , showed the receptionist my insurance cards and they said ok , but they did not submit the claims to my insurance company. In May they sent me a bill for $550 . I went back and showed them my insurance card, they still did not submit the bill. June they billed me again . They still did not bill my insurance.
