Gilbert, AZ |
Dr Kreutz is arrogant and rude. Instead of getting help he made me feel embarrassed for even coming to his office. He should have told me after my first visit that should just go to a pain specialist cuz he couldn't help with that. But instead he had me come back 3 weeks after my first visit and then after that visit to return in 3 months. His PA then told me to make an appointment after suffering from pain in my back.Told me couldn't help I cried the entire way home.

Not enough room to say all I would like to. Doctor was friendly and helpful, staff was fair. Call service was horrible. I was to be contacted never was. Two months later after I made contact was told to come in for follow-up. Nothing was done - what was being followed up?? SO disappointed. Had similar experience with another rheumatology group in the valley. What is up with these people? I'm trying a 3rd group and then guess I'll just give up! So sad. :(

Dr. Kreutz has been fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He has made a huge difference in my quality of life. I had been to several arthritis doctors prior to finding him and they were unable to help me.

An overall horrible experience. Absolutely no compassion in him or in his assistant. Didn't have answers to any of my questions and only wanted to talk prescription medications. Wouldn't even verify my diagnosis! When I explained that I wanted to go a more natural route for treatment, he told me he couldn't help me and blew off every question afterward. I feel alone and confused after being told I likely have 3 different autoimmune diseases, but wasn't given any guidance or advice. Stay away!!!
