Outstanding
Every element of my experience with Dr. Klein and his office was exceptional. I am a physician as well and I know the difficulties with running a practice. His staff was incredible. All pleasant and professional. I would like to know where he hires his team so I can use the same site. Dr. Klein was also incredible. He took the time to speak with me and explain his findings and provided me the care I needed. At the end of the visit, I was able to speak with him about my parents because I was so happy with my experience that I will be switching their care to Dr. Klein!

For years my relative took public transportation to her doctor visits. And until the Virus came into play everything was fine. In spite of my relative not being able to get into Manhattan we chose to renew her Concierge Service so that renewing her prescriptions could be done without trouble. This was not the case. It became a hassle to get the prescriptions renewed.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Klein for more than 20 years. We find him to be knowledgeable and competent with excellent communication skills. He listens intently, conducts a good examination, and provides a diagnosis calmly and is never alarming. He affords us whatever time is necessary and is focused on us throughout that time.

This doctor doesn’t explain things clearly. He just types on a computer and orders lab work. He isn’t personable and clear with his practices. Even worse his staff is confrontational, rude and belligerent. I have been a patient for Dr. Klien for over 7 years. I cannot recommend Dr. Klien as a healthcare provider anymore, and I will seek another physician ASAP.

Dr. Klein is the doctor caring for my mother at the Upper East Side subacute rehabilitation center conveniently (for him) located right next to his private practice. He may be a caring doctor for the patients who pay private practice rates, but he has no business caring for the vulnerable patients at UES. He has spoken to my mother once in over a week, and never examined her or shown the slightest concern for her well being. Medicare patients: avoid him!
