Horrible dr please stay away very arrogant and rude he always acted like my wife was lying to him about everything if your a work comp patient stay away from him refuse to go to him he doesn't care about work comp patients I can't stress enough stay away
st louis |
Dr. Kitchens is the most arrogant cold-hearted "doctor" I have ever met. He didn't listen to anything my wife was saying said he didn't need to look at any ct scans or x-rays to diagnose her. He told her she was a liar and didn't need anything. This guy miss diagnosed a $100,000 procedure because he is careless and arrogant. Don't waste time with this guy there is a reason why is office is a whole in the wall.

Dr. Kitchens is paid by workers comp and has no interest in the patients themselves and is a disgrace to his profession. He treats patients like dirt and just smirks and shrugs his shoulders when you ask him "as a doctor" for medical advice and/or treatment. The workers comp case workers are greeted by staff like they are family so there was a huge red flag there and he gives you five minutes of his "time," then runs to his office to collect his payoff. Good luck getting any medical treatment.

Although the scheduling was a bit tough, Dr. Kitchens was a phenomenal doctor and I would recommend him to my friends.
Cape Girardeau |
Rude. Inconsiderate. Complete lack of respect. Absolute worst experience. Should not work with public with such a lack of human compassion. Refused to answer questions, or explain diagnosis. Refused any dialogue regarding appointment.
