I have only been a patient of Dr. Hermann for about six months but he has been the best doctor I have ever had. He is caring, extremely gifted and just an all around great person. He replaced a valve in my heart and during the entire process I felt at peace and completely at ease. I feel better than I have in a long time. He’s a gift from God.

Absolutely appalling! My grandfather had blood work done as he was doing VERY poorly. First, the office forgot to call in the orders for bloodwork and left the office early. After waiting an hour at the lab and multiple phone calls to the dr, they finally called it in. Then the office waited 4 days to read the results to notify us that he needs to be hospitalized because his bloodwork is so bad! The office didn’t even call us, we had to call and beg for help as he was declining rapidly! They are completely negligent and should be praying that he gets better as this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Be careful of this dr because if your loved one is dying, they’re not going to be inconvenienced to actually let you know!

Jackie, Gloria's daughter – Aug 20, 2019
My limited exposure to the Dr. has been VERY GOOD (5 star) however, his PA leaves ALOT to be desired. Her explanation of test results was mediocre/lacking. Now I'm struggling to get her to return calls in a timely manner and to get done what I need done (send proper paperwork to a surgeon while I 'sit' waiting for clearance for a surgery I need). I've been dealing now with this 'back-n-forth' with her for over a week now. I'd love to give him this feedback.

Dr. Hermann saw me at the last minute at the end of the day. All smiles, no reference to the timing. Was patient, thorough, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. His offices were clean, staff was amazingly 'warm' and helpful. Very reassuring. I'm recommending him to everyone I know!
