Patient Comments (1)
Cambridge, MA |
The first time I went here, I was surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. The second time I went here I was basically told to go home and that I could be in a boot for a few months. No real diagnosis, no tips on how to improve my foot pain. Just a generic, "get out of my office please" feeling due to the fact that nobody knew why I was still in a boot 6 weeks post injury with no fractures. I wasn't even asked to come back if it wasn't feeling better. Compassion ran very low.
