Dr Ganc had prescribed a very strong pill for my sinus condition. The pill did not agree with me and made sick. I called his office on 2 different days and left a message with his asst. and received no call back.

Dr. Ganc is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I brought my 8 year old son in to be evaluated since his pediatrician had not been able to diagnose anything. Dr. Ganc was thorough and found that my son had been sick for sometime because of a sinus infection. The nurses are fantastic. The front end staff are amazing. I wish all doctors offices ran like this one. Also want to note that you can tell that the doctor truly cared and wanted to help.

had an appointment with DR Ganc on December 11, 2019 , bu this was the second time I waited in the Examination room for 45 minutes, no DR showed up and no nurse came in to tell me about any delay. so I left the office and there was nobody in the check out station . Yet when I received my Quarterly Explanation of Benefits from my American Medical Association Insurance Co. there was a charge of $295.00 and got paid $177.67 without performing any service.

Dr. Ganc is one of the best doctors with whom I have ever conducted business. His professional manner is extremely courteous and professional. He really listened to me, and was able to discover what was truly the problem with my generalized complaint of "I can't breathe right. I can't smell, I can't taste anything". He discovered polyps in my sinus as well as a deviated septum. In the course of my life, no doctor ever bothered to actually look in my nose. I suspect I have suffered from this my whole life! Now, I find it really remarkable to say, "I can breathe!" Such a little thing, perhaps, but it has improved my quality of life tremendously. I have become a big fan of Dr. Ganc, and have referred other family members to him. I really can not praise him highly enough, and I think anyone who has suffered from sinus issues would benefit from a consultation. As to the actual balloon sinuplasty procedure itself, it was performed in his office. It went exactly as planned!

Not a great experience, I left confused and uncomfortable. Had an ear problem but the doctor pushed so hard for a hearing aid. He told me I have a much greater risk of getting dementia without one . My inner ear was never discussed in detail . Also the doctor pickd up his cell phone 3 times and complained about spam.

I went to Dr. Ganc with A sinus infection that I had for over one year. I experienced a constant cough, Post nasal drip and could not take a deep breath. Dr Ganc treated my condition with antibiotics and a special compound medication to use nasally exclusive to treat my condition, which I liked because he aimed to treat the root of my problem locally. I feel Great! I highly recommend Dr Ganc; he practices with today’s state of the art devices and innovative techniques. Alida M.

We all know, no one likes Dr’s or any kind of surgery, but this was a great experience from the moment I meet the whole staff. My surgery was November 10 2017 and it went great, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks , well they made me feel great , from explaining everything he was doing while he was doing the surgery to Leah holding my hand through the whole thing. Dr. Ganc also called me that night to see how I was ... I was never in any pain, just pressure. Highly recommend Dr. Ganc
