I brought my elderly Mother to see Dr Caplan for an eye problem. The office staff were very pleasant. We never wait long to see the doctor, except when she hs to have her eyes dilated, which is understandable. Dr. Caplan has always been very nice to my Mother and fixed her eye problem. We are happy with our experence.
