I went to see Dr. Masseoud in June of 2017. I was very unhappy with my experience at the appointment . She spent more time completing the note for my appointment than she did listening to me and my questions and concerns. I felt completely ignored. Very dissatisfied with lack of repsonse by Dr. Masseoud and her staff. They ask you to register for the portal, but do not post lab results or answer any emails through the portal. It took several attempts to contact her office to make an appointment because no one answers the phone or returns...Read More
