Dr. Luu recommends and pushes you into unnecessary procedures that Greybill then charges unethically high amounts of money for. You will get hit with a huge bill for procedures you don't need. The staff is surly and rude, wait times are long and Dr. Luu is not able to provide you with personal service after you try to reach her for information.
