Very experienced and awesome friendly bedside communication. The staff awesome. QUICK. Doesn't make you wait. Literally 20 mins. in and out! Very theral. Please don't be afraid to get your colonoscopy; very easy...Don't put it off cuz your life might depend on it.
Phoenix, AZ |
Informative, approachable, caring, great bedside manner. My husband and I have had colonoscopies and endoscopes and each experience has been pleasant, as pleasant as each could be , but easy by Dr Bal and his kind experienced staff. Especially, Sabrina.
in Surprise Az |
Dr Bal was very concerned by me having varices veins and he made sure I was taken care of. I respect his judgement and I feel he is more than a doctor he is a caring individual.
Phoenix, AZ |
Worst experience ever! Was referred by my primary Dr. Because I have history of ulcers and Gerd. Gave my insurance info ahead of time only to find out day of apt they can't verify if they take my insurance told me to come back they do take my insurance. Then being told Dr Bal will not see me cause in 2015 I had established a Dr for my colynoscopy. Very poor communication I have every right to see any Dr I wish! I Will never refer anyone to this Dr.
in surprise, az |
I have been seeing Dr Bal for the past 16 years. He is an excellent doctor that goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain everything, and listens to your questions. On 3 separate procedures that he performed, he went beyond what other doctors would do and found abnormalities that would not have been found. He literally saved my life!!! He has referred me to a specialist in Tucson and a transplant doctor in Phoenix, and these two Doctors have had nothing but PRAISES for Dr Bal.
in Buckeye, AZ |
Had a colonoscopy yesterday. Staff were all professional. Procedure went as planned and after a quick procedure I was out the door. Took me on time for my appointment and have no complaints!
in Elmirage, Az |
Dr. Bal completed my colonoscopy, I was somewhat nervous about the procedure but the professionalism of the staff and the doctor himself put me at ease. I have elected to continue working with this office in the future due to there dedication to excellence and professionalism.
in Phoenix, AZ |
I had my colonoscopy done by this doctor. I was very nervous overall about any surgeries etc but he put me to ease and the whole thing was seemless and smooth. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I am very surprised to here comments of previous reviews. A friend recommended Dr. Bal and I am very glad that I went.
Atlanta, GA |
A women in her 70 that he just did a colonoscopy on left went breakfast had cardiac arrest and is now on life supports due to the 2.5 day liquid diet for prep and loss of electrolytes. She ended up with a life threatening electrolyte situation all because of his style of prep, us trusting in him as a dr.
in sun city west az |
one hour and fifteen minutes after appt.time he stuck his head in the room and said I was good to go. He did not ask why I was there. Not good.
in Surprise, Az |
I had 2 appointments with Dr. Bal. He recommended me to have a Colonoscopy I had to cancel the appointment due to not having the money since I had not met my deductible of $3,000.00 also I had a family emergency. I did have my office visit with him and the EGD done and never missed those 2 appointments. So I called to have an office visit with him and I was banned from the office. There are a lot of gastroentrologists out there and i am sure I will find one that will be ethical and see me.
in Sun City, AZ |
Had a referral from internist to this clown for malabsorption I had clinical test results with me--he opened the door, stood there, told me he would not see me because I had been to another GI individual (I only want INFO about malabsorption--NOT tattle on anyone else). This guy REFUSED an appointment; I said I wanted my co-pay back and got it. WASTE OF MY TIME AND STRENGTH on this nasty clown.
in Glendale,az |
Felt rushed, Dr. spits out a few words and you are expected to take it as truth without question or options, front office never called to inform me of test results, had to call for a month before finding out, Dr. used out of network personnel which caused my bills to skyrocket.. i should have walked out when on my very first visit i heard another patient loudly complaining with issues... skip this dr.
in Goodyear, AZ |
He performed surgery on me and i almost died. He left me open on the table and called his partner to come in after he punctured my stomach and waste went spilling into my body. I was on life support for a week and in the hospital a total of 3 weeks. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Cocky and uncaring.
