In Dr. Klein's practice, he has helped many patients with legitimate pain issues. Unfortunately, there have been some patients who did not have pain but were trying to dupe him into giving them a prescription for opioids so they could divert them. Those patients without pain, Dr. Klein did not give opioids to, so they wrote bad reviews about him.
