8 years later from the desk of Anna Q, Michigan: My first comments were posted Dec. 11, 2016 at which time I was very concerned about memory loss some sixteen years post ECT. I have read a lot about the cunning narcissist who moves within the range of medicated individuals to seek the infamous "informed consent" form in order to administer ECT. Shameful! His work becomes that of a lobotomist by drastically reducing the "too many memories, syndrome" using electric current in place of ice pick lobotomy after lying to them by telling them that no permanent damage will be suffered. Then working to convince his patients that an ECT /drugs combination will be a lifetime requirement. He arranged for my lodging and transportation to and from the hospital on several occasions. BUT, the story doesn't end there, he neglects follow-up on his patients even at their request, and, judging from the FDA transcripts, it would appear he has neglected to report drugs/ECT adverse effects. I vote O
