As a breast cancer/ lymphedema rehabilitation specialist I believe that the most important thing to remember is that treatment must be client centered. Treatment goals and plans should be based on what is medically necessary as well as what the client needs and wants. If a client was a body builder or rock climber before, then they will be one again.
