She specializes in adult, pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her dynamic vision is to provide the highest quality of comprehensive dermatologic care to each of her patients in a warm and interactive environment. Dr. Price grew up in Scottsdale before attending the University of Arizona in Tucson. She graduated summa cum laude with a double major in molecular & cellular biology and psychology and was granted membership into Phi Beta Kappa. She then finished at the top of the 2004 University of Arizona’s medical school class. In addition, she accomplished a full, three-year pediatric residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and became board certified in pediatrics. Subsequently, she completed her three-year dermatology residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, one of the top dermatology training programs in the country, where she was honored to serve as chief resident. She also received advanced training at the University of Miami with a full-year clinical research fellowship in pediatric dermatology. Dr. Price was the principle investigator for a multi-center research trial on infantile hemangiomas, which recently achieved national recognition. She has been quoted in Parenting, American Baby, JAMA, Archives of Dermatology, Skin & Aging, E-Medicine, and Medscape. Dr. Price is also an editor and reviewer for many major dermatology journals including the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology. Dr. Price is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, the Women’s Dermatology Society, the Phoenix Dermatology Society, and the American Medical Association. She has been an active volunteer within her community for over a decade, serving indigent patients without access to healthcare as well as educating the community on sun safety/awareness and performing skin cancer screenings. Her fluency in medical Spanish has enabled her to volunteer abroad in places such as Costa Rica, Mexico, and South America. She has over 30 publications within the field of dermatology, is an active speaker at national conferences, and is dedicated to teaching, research, and the enhancement of skin diseases in patients of all ages. She is on staff at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn, where she engages in speaking events for “Moms on the Move” educating new mothers and their young infants. Dr. Price, along with her husband and two sons, is very excited to be practicing back home in Arizona near her family and friends. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, dancing, photography, and fashion/interior design."
