Dr. Miller seemed concerned, we had surgery scheduled, then was cancelled for COV19. I was billed $200 for a pre-surgery blood test Dr. Miller requested, it was not covered because he did not identify as medically necessary. All I needed was a letter from Dr. Miller stating it was necessary. I left 4 voice messages with his nurse and scheduler, nothing. I wrote a letter on 4/16/2020 requesting a response, again nothing. On 5/4, I received a phone call wanting to reschedule surgery, I asked for a response to my letter. She had a copy, but smirked and told me good luck with that so I refused to reschedule. Since 5/18 I have been attempting to get records so a new doctor can review. That cost me $15 for my own records and as of 6/15 over 5 weeks ago, I still cannot get all my records. They are a terrible office to deal with and I encourage anyone to go someplace where they are cared for. I cannot speak for Dr. Miller but I have to believe he received my letter.

Well I had xrays done and filled out paperwork and payed a copay for him to only say he couldn’t do anything without an MRI... he may be experience but seems like it’s a go around.. he could of started with the MRI that way I wouldn’t have to spend double copay.. we will see what he says next
