Warwick, RI |
Dr. Doberstein is very competent, once you are able to get to him. Out of a dozen appointments I met with him only twice, the rest of the time you are seen by PA's. Office staff is very lacking, can not properly execute paperwork. I had to return to the office 6 times because the had me sign the wrong release for surgery. Not very confidence inspiring. At the time I could not walk without excruciating pain. His PA threatened to cancel surgery when I complained, he then dropped me as a patient.

arrogant but then you have to be to cut into someone's skull. friend had to have a shunt. bad outcome. required a second surgery and of course he never said he was sorry for additional pain. mr teflon. the woman in his office have about as much humor as a speed bump. everyone in the waiting room has serious medical concerns. some compassion on the other side of the desk would be appreciated.
