Dr. Ashcraft was responsible for releasing my 77 year old father from the hospital less than 15 hours after a total hip revision w/o consulting the family. We had been told by his surgeon post-op that he would stay for at least 2-3 days. His surgeon was not consulted nor was he aware of the release. My dad has a very complicated medical health history of which Dr. Ashcraft was completely unaware.

Dr. Ashcraft was only in charge of releasing me from the hospital but a secretary could have done as much. Was in street clothes, did not even listen to my lungs (I have pneumonia) and wrote a Rx for the amount of 6 pills to be taken one a day for 10 days: Maybe he was having an off day.
