Dr. Craig R. Oser is a highly skilled double board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He received his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in General Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Dr. Oser completed his fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and was the first D.O. ever to be Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Oser is the founder of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at Botsford General Hospital where he served as Assistant Program Director. Dr. Oser is also a highly regarded instructor at Michigan State University and West Virgina School of Osteopathic Medicine where he held the position of Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Oser is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He established the first accredited Plastic Surgery Fellowship program for Osteopathic physicians in Michigan, one of only five in the country at the time.
